By placing an order with Wild Pantry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms:
1. About Us
Wild Pantry is a UK-based producer of raw, unpasteurised fermented foods.
We sell and personally deliver our products locally in Merseyside and Wirral.

2. Products & Shelf Life

Our products are perishable, living ferments.

They must be kept refrigerated at all times.

Product descriptions, ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on each item.

All products are made and bottled by hand. Natural variation in flavour and carbonation may occur.
3. Delivery
-
We only deliver to Liverpool L and Wirral CH postcodes.

Delivery is fortnightly, alternating between the two zones.

Orders are delivered in person by the Wild Pantry team, from 4pm onwards on Wednesdays.

If no one is in, your order will be left in a safe place (e.g. porch or doorstep).
It is your responsibility to bring products inside and refrigerate them immediately.
4. Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders £25 and over

£5 delivery fee for orders under £25
Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
5. Fridge Storage Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You have space available in your fridge

You will refrigerate the products as soon as they arrive
Our products are active and will continue to ferment at room temperature.
We are not responsible for:

Spoilage due to lack of refrigeration

Over-carbonation or leaking
-
Any injury or damage caused by product breakage after delivery

Loss of product left unattended after a delivery has been made
6. Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason due to the perishable nature of our products.

If you receive the wrong product or an item is damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours and include a photo of the issue.
We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion, but are not required to do so unless the error is ours.
7. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at any time.

If your address falls outside our delivery zone, we will contact you before processing your order.
8. Payment

All prices are listed in GBP

Payment is taken at checkout using secure payment methods.

We do not store card details.
9. Liability
By ordering from Wild Pantry, you accept full responsibility for the safe handling and storage of all products once they have been delivered.
We are not liable for:

Spoilage, leakage, or breakage due to incorrect storage

Injury or property damage caused by fermented products mishandled after delivery

Any allergic reaction or food sensitivity — ingredients and allergens are listed clearly
Always open carbonated products slowly and store them upright in the fridge.
10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
