Refund Policy

All Wild Pantry products are fresh, raw and unpasteurised. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

 

 

No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

 

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of taste, or if you forget to refrigerate your order.

 

 

This policy applies to all orders placed with Wild Pantry.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

 

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at hello@wildpantry.co.uk with a clear description and a photo of the issue.

 

 

If a genuine error has been made on our part, we will put it right — either by replacing the product or offering a refund at our discretion.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where no proof of damage is provided or where the issue is the result of incorrect handling or storage after delivery.

Order Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your order, we can offer a full refund up to two days before your scheduled delivery.

 

For example, for a Thursday delivery, cancellations must be made by midnight on Tuesday.

 

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we’re unable to cancel or refund orders after this time.

 

To cancel, please email hello@wildpantry.co.uk with your order number and we’ll confirm your refund.

Responsibility After Delivery

 

All Wild Pantry products must be refrigerated immediately after delivery. They are active, living ferments and will continue to change if left warm.

 

By placing an order, you confirm that:

 

  • You have fridge space available

  • You will store products correctly from the moment they are delivered

 

 

We are not liable for:

 

  • Spoilage due to products being left out of the fridge

  • Over-carbonation, leaking or breakage caused by improper storage

  • Any injury or damage resulting from mishandled fermented products

 

 

Once the order has been delivered, responsibility for the products passes to you.
