Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery only. All deliveries are made in person by the Wild Pantry team.
We do not ship by post or courier.
Delivery Area & Schedule
We deliver on a fortnightly basis, rotating between two zones in Merseyside:

Liverpool & Surrounding Areas (L postcodes)

Every other Wednesday

Wirral & Surrounding Areas (CH postcodes)

Alternate Wednesdays

Deliveries start from 4pm onwards.
You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp message on the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Delivery Charges

FREE delivery for orders £25 and over

£5 delivery fee for orders under £25
The delivery charge will be added at checkout if your order does not meet the free delivery minimum.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please make sure someone is home to receive your order.
If no one is in:

We will leave the products in a safe place, such as your porch or doorstep.

You accept responsibility for the condition of the products once delivered.

We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery is made.
Product Care & Storage
All Wild Pantry products are raw, unpasteurised and must be kept cold.
By ordering from us, you confirm that:

You have space in your fridge ready for your order

You will refrigerate the products immediately after delivery
Important Disclaimer
Our products are alive. If left out of the fridge, they may continue fermenting and build pressure. This can lead to:

Over-carbonation

Leaking or loss of product

In rare cases, breakage of bottles or jars
Wild Pantry is not liable for:

Any damage caused by improperly stored products

Any injuries or mess caused by broken packaging due to over-carbonation

Spoilage if refrigeration instructions are not followed
It is your responsibility to refrigerate products as soon as they are delivered.
