Wild Pantry at Wigan Artisan Market, The Cotton Works

We’re heading back to Wigan for our second visit to The Cotton Works on Sunday 11th October 2026, joining Independent Street for another day of local food, drink and independent makers.

After bringing Wild Pantry to Wigan for the first time earlier this year, we’re excited to return with our award-winning fermented foods and drinks.

We’ll have our naturally fermented water kefirs, raw sauerkrauts and fermented salsas, all made by us in our Liverpool fermentary using organic ingredients and live cultures.
